As I strive to create something original, I first draw my design from my imagination first on paper. Once all the kinks are worked out, I then transfer my idea onto the fabric. After this I start the long, but enjoyable, process of needle felting. Needle felting is the process of stabbing (felting) wool with a specialised barbed needle.

This needle felted wool painting is made in a 6 " (15cm) natural light coloured hoop.

To hang you can just tie a ribbon of your choice around the brass coloured screw or rest the hoop on a nail.
